I offered to help out in the Community Garden, and before you know it, I was asked to help write an article for the Abacoa Community News about the Earth Day Celebration. Had I known I would be writing about the event, I would have taken notes when I attended, but I did the best I could from memory. I asked Megan, who presently does the write ups, to go over it and change whatever she liked, and she made a few improvements, but most of the article is mine (except for the last couple boilerplate paragraphs about the garden, which I copied from Megan's last article).

SO PROUD of you Adele! Love seeing your name in lights!!!! You always do such a great job at what you try! Bravo!!! Maybe you can have a monthly column... you'd be a great asset to the publication!
