The PapertreyInk Make-It Monday Challenge posted May 18 is all about fussy cutting. There is actually a die available for the little lifesaver stamp, but I didn't purchase it because it seemed like it would be pretty easy to fussy cut, and I was right. I used two of the Papertreyink stitched rectangle dies. I just love these and use them all the time. In looking at the photo, I wish that I had stitched around the smaller block -- those holes are just begging for thread! The little bow will have to suffice this time though.

Wonderful card. Well, I think you did a fantastic job fussy cutting. I think circles are the hardest to fussy cut. LOL Great card to make as a thank you, especially for the summer months.
ReplyDeleteThat's using your noggin, Adele! I sometimes bring myself up short when I'm about to order a die for the same reason. It's very addicting and, honestly, some of them are very silly. Thank you for showing that and sharing your awesome design!! Hugs, Darnell
