Win It Wednesday 04/17/19

One of Papertrey Ink's Win it Wednesday challenges this week is to choose something that inspires you and create a card using that inspiration. I have long saved bits of kleenex boxes because they have two complementary designs on many boxes, and it seemed like a perfect opportunity to put one of those ideas to work. This is one of the boxes I saved:

I knew that Text & Texture: Bokeh would replicate one pattern, and the solid leaf from Gathered Garden was a suitable leaf for the other one. I inked my stamps in Blueberry Sky and Enchanted Evening on a Spring Rain background, and mounted the finished pieces on an Enchanted Evening card. It needed some color, so I used the Swoosh set to cut a bright red Birthday greeting.

This was a fun challenge, and I finally got around to playing with one of my kleenex box saves.
